Requirements

Min 2 Years Experience as a Spa Manager
Therapy Qualifications
3 Excellent People Management & Communication Skills
4 To Create and Implement the SOP’s
Recruitment and Training of Spa Staff and Ongoing Team Development
Experience with Stock Control, Purchasing, Invoicing and Budgets
Financially Astute to maximise the Spa’s potential
Act as liaison for all PR, Sales and Marketing Activities

An understanding of Operating a Fitness Facility would be preferable
