I believe in a balanced diet, we all need certain dietary amounts of protein, fat, carbohydrate, fibre, vitamins, minerals on a daily basis to sustain a healthy body.Eating a healthy breakfast can jumpstart your metabolism while eating smaller healthy meals (rather than eating 3 big meals a day) throughout the day keeps your energy up and helps stabilise your blood sugar. Avoid eating late at night, try to eat dinner earlier and fast for 14-16 hours until breakfast the next morning, it will help you to regulate your weight.
