High Intensity-Interval training is a form of cardiovascular exercise usually lasting from 4 to 30 minutes. These short intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition plus fat burning compared to other exercise regimes.


Spinning is a cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. It helps improve circulation, physical stamina and burn calories.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics provides great exercise and an improved range of motion. It helps increase flexibility and strength.


Pilates is a unique form of exercise that offers a gentle but powerful way of achieving health, strength, flexibility and stamina using your core giving you lengthened and toned muscles.


Yoga-lates combines the best two exercise regimes – Yoga and Pilates. It’s an invigorating class that works the whole body. Yoga- lates classes take the strength and flexibility exercises of a yoga class and combines them with the core strengthening, spine elongating and posture perfecting exercises of Pilates.


Provides a whole body workout based on the skills and techniques of ring-craft. There's no bodily contact though plenty of boxing moves and techniques that provide a quality workout.
