H I I T

High Intensity-Interval training is a form of cardio vascular exercise usually lasting from 4 to 30 minutes. Short intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition plus fat burning compared with other exercise regimes.

Functional Training

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, work or in sports. Functional fitness exercises also emphasise core-stability while using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time.

Abs Attack / Core Blast / Fit Ball

A quick core workout designed to attack your abdominal muscles plus condition and reshape your tummy area using specific equipment.

Booty Blast

Short, high intensity workout targeting the bum and hip areas using specific exercises to tone and sculpt problem areas.

Yoga-lates 

Combines the best of two exercise regimes – Yoga and Pilates. It’s an invigorating class that works the whole body. Yoga-lates classes take the strength and flexibility of a Yoga class and combine them with core strengthening, spine elongating and posture perfecting exercises of Pilates.

Spinning

Spinning is a cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. It helps improve circulation, physical stamina and burn calories.

Pilates

Pilates is a unique form of exercise that offers a gentle but powerful way of achieving health, strength, flexibility and stamina using your core to give you lengthened and toned muscles.

Energy Mobility Wellbeing

A low resistance and low impact class designed to improve mobility and strength.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics provides great exercise and improved range of motion. It helps increase flexibility and strength.
